Wiring Options

Cosmau can design virtually any combination of wiring configurations for the slip rings. Depending on your application and specifications, we will find a wiring solution to accommodate:

• Standard wires include stranded copper wire with Teflon® insulation, MIL-W-16878 nickel plated
• Amphenol connectors and related interconnect systems
• CAT5/CAT5e/CAT6 cable
• Coaxial cable
• Heater wire
• High RF
• MilSpec-compliant wire and connector configurations
• Teflon coated and insulated wire
• Thermocouple wire such as Types J and K
• Others

Cosmau allows you to specify a cable connection as a substitute for threaded terminals. Special wires and cables (such as coaxial or thermocouple) are also available. If you need a special cable design or cables longer than standard size, simply notify cosmau at the time of your order.
